Young Moms in Foster Care
Nicole Rocke is one of about half of girls in foster care who become pregnant by the time they’re 19. Like many of them, she longed for the kind of family she never quite had at home. But her journey to build a family faced nearly impossible challenges by New York City’s foster care system. A version of this aired on Making Contact on June 17, 2015.
